Pretty Good Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of character, management company decently responsive to most issues.
Cons:
Heating was too variable during the winter, sometimes too hot sometimes too cold. Also when I moved out they waited so long to send me my security deposit back I had to threaten to file a complaint with the state AG before they gave it to me.
Advice to owner:
Be quicker with returning security deposit and more responsive to heating/cooling concerns.
