Very nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, love apartment layout
Cons:
No staff live on site. Common areas are run down, could use basic repairs (e.g. broken light fixture) and a coat of paint. Not really a “luxury” building as advertised in their listings.
Advice to owner:
Make cosmetic repairs in lobby and hallways. Don’t advertise this as a “boutique luxury building,” as it lacks any amenities that would make it a luxury property, and some of the “luxuries” in my unit don’t work and have not been repaired despite having been reported to management (most notably the heated floors in bathrooms and kitchen and the alarm system).
