overpriced and could be taken care of better
Former Tenant
Pros:
location, clean common areas
Cons:
super was unhelpful, buzzer and/or front door always broken, unit not properly cleaned at move-in, shady management

Good location but badly managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Central Park, CMOM, and AMNH.
Cons:
Tons of BIG roaches in the building. Deposit is hard to get back 100% (heard from multiple previous tenants. The super/landlord never deals with roaches issues in the building.
