Great location, bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location (and that’s the only pro).
Cons:
Apartments aren’t updated. If your lease says that you will take an apartment “as is” they truly mean it. They will not clean or paint between tenants so you better hope the people there before you are nice enough to do it. Otherwise you’re in for quite a shock come move-in day. There is no real super for the building. They have someone listed as the super but he will not answer his phone and the only way to get in touch with him is to contact management and they will relay the message eventually (if they feel like helping). Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with in the city. The woman who works at the front desk is extremely rude.
Advice to owner:
If you’re going to have a super they need to be at least somewhat responsive. Retrain your front desk staff. If you’re going to keep raising your prices the apartments have to be upgraded.

You get what you pay for! No super and bug riddled
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap. 2 bed for under 3k is a steal for the neighborhood.
Cons:
Bugs!!!! Had a roach problem all year, summer was worst. No help with repair, bugs or anything really. They change their management company name twice a year and it’s just a nasty place to live. Also only take check.

Walls are paper thin
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful location in the city
Cons:
Noise level is very high, you shouldn’t have to actively work at being quiet while at home. The cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart, the refrigerator leaks water no matter how often I clean it out. The bathroom needs to be retiled, the ceiling peels off paint every 3 months. The unit is also very dark, almost no sunlight at all. All in all, it’s an overpriced dungeon that your neighbors hear every move you make in.
Advice to owner:
Renovate these apartments correctly & update how we are able to pay rent & get ahold of management/maintenance. It’s almost 2022!
