Lovey super bad management

Pros:
Being in such a lovely neighbourhood
Cons:
Part owner/ owner lives on mezzanine has repeatedly been hostile. Not a fan of kids.
Everyone else in the building is lovely.
Water leakage problems are a constant. And management are beyond bad. They’ve taken over 5months to fix a broken washing machine. Over 5 months (!) they never respond quickly. Ever. And will always challenge tenants about whether their problem is real. Very quick to try and raise the rent without dealing with very real problems in the building. Which is unfortunate because it is a lovely building to live in otherwise.
Advice to owner:
Spend the money to fix things properly. You’ll keep your tenants happy and save money on the long run. Your management are beyond terrible at fixing anything in a timely manner. They are also rude. We’re not asking for silly things!! We’re asking for leaks in the roof to be fixed, holes in the floor and ceilings. The top apartment has been treated atrociously - their wall is literally falling apart.
