Good Price for what you get

Pros:
Doorman building & everyone who works in the building is really nice. Laundry in building & great price for an apt. On the UWS with a balcony
Cons:
The management isn’t great- they are not responsive but we haven’t had to deal with them frequently. The only other issue is that the elevators break frequently
Advice to owner:
Update the elevators

Apartment are spacious, Balcony for all apartment, Doorman and staff are friendly
Cons:
No playroom, Pest issues, Elevator often broken Very little maintenance unless big issues in the apartment, Management is impossible to discuss with, Many tenants are rent stabilized (from the tome this building was a housing project) therefore impacting rent increase on other regular tenants,

Pros:
Friendly doormen who know you by name and apartment number, responsive super- will fix things/requests within the next 2-3 days, package room safe, great location in terms of proximity to subways/Trader Joes
Cons:
Management office can be difficult to reach/contact, can be a little loud, the heat is controlled by building- can be a little too hot in the winter

The staff is very nice, the neighbors leave you alone, thick walls so there aren’t any sound issues.
Cons:
Can be tricky to get in touch with the management company.

Could have been so much better

Good price, great location, most apartment have a balcony, some with great views.
Cons:
Very thin walls can hear neighbors coughing, talking and laughing. elevator breaking down all the time. Not great staff and management
Advice to owner:
Open the back yard for residents use. Build a bicycle shed. Treat residents better.
