Great Building, Terrible Application Process
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building, great amenities (although not currently open due to COVID), friendly doormen, responsive super, three elevators that are quick (no waiting), great water pressure, some park views, above Trader Joe’s
Cons:
Application process was a nightmare, outdoor space is lacking furnishings/decoration, East facing windows above Trader Joe’s loading dock, Condo building with a Board which can be a pro and con
Advice to owner:
Consider an easier application which requires less personal information, more aligned with other buildings around NYC and provide a faster review turnaround
