Overall it is a good unit in a nice neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well located close to shops and restaurants as well as several parks
Cons:
It’s a pre-war building with a poor sound/noise insulation which could be annoying sometimes especially early in the morning or late at night when neighbors are still awake or wake up early.
Advice to owner:
Enhance the noise/sound insulation.

It is okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large units, pre-war, hardwood floors, update fixtures inside the units
Cons:
Expensive, laundry doesn’t work, lots of street construction, surrounded by schools, mice in lower floor units.
