No major issues except not adequately cleaned
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very good location, no pests yet.
Cons:
Apartment was really dirty when I moved in, piles of hair and dirt in any crevices
Advice to owner:
Clean better before renting

Do not live here- do not provide heat
Former Tenant
Pros:
Honestly none but if I had to pick one, Building is clean usually, but now there is always trash overflowing onto the sidewalk
Cons:
Does not provide heat and gives you the run around. Apparently has been happening for years and happens with all Pine Management properties so stay away from them
Keep sending in people to “check for leaks” in the apartment which makes no sense and is an excuse to repeatedly enter your apartment. You will lose your sense of peace in their properties. Can’t wait to move out. Worst experience yet in 4 years of living in NYC and will swear to never rent from them again
The property managers are rude and incompetent and clearly inexperienced, but also just mean people who have no problem lying to you
Have a history of not giving back security deposits.
Advice to owner:
Provide heat and follow the law. Have some basic decency
