A hidden UWS treasure
Former Tenant
Pros:
- extremely quiet - kind doorman - large apartments with lots of space - closet space! - beautiful fireplaces - tall ceilings - working elevator - reliable heat/hot water
Cons:
- cockroaches in basement laundry room - rats in the surrounding area in the summer (but that’s just the uws) - outdated appliances - it appears dirty even when cleaned (floors, walls, hallways, etc)
