Management is Awful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent amount of space and great neighborhood
Cons:
Super is useless. It seems like he can’t do anything without permission from the property manager. The property manager is apathetic and incompetent. Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth.
Advice to owner:
Actually fix stuff when I ask.

Solid building to live in improved with new super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty quiet building with friendly people.
Cons:
Precious super was really poor and there were issues with mice and roaches and general cleanliness. The condition of the place has improved under the new super.
