Great Location, Walk Up, Gets the Job Done
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wide staircase with natural light and nicely finished, responsive super, allows pets, good heating, close to subway at 86th, rarely hear the neighbors (unless they are playing a musical instrument) latch app for entrance which makes life really convenient and easy
Cons:
Noisy bar on the street corner, Amsterdam is busy road with garbage trucks making noise at night so be aware if you are on the street side and noise bothers you, can sometimes hear people making noise in their apartments (only if they play an instrument)
Advice to owner:
Find a way to have laundry in building
