Great location, ok building
Former Tenant
Pros:
-located near easy subways
-great restaurants nearby
-bookended by two great parks
-friendly neighbors
Cons:
-had cockroaches in our unit and the management company didn’t seem super rushed to do anything about it
-management can be slow to respond
-only two washers and two dryers in the basement, and oftentimes one of them won’t be working

Perfect location and good space if youre willing to put up with…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, safety, spacious, windows, charming brick interior
Cons:
My units was very outdated and felt like it was falling apart (mold, dusty/crumbling brick wall, creeky floors, kitchen counter/cabinets were chipping). Toilet clogged/overflowed a few times. Sooo many roaches!!!!! Building management is very hard to reach and not very nice/rude
Advice to owner:
Please clean/update this building. Feels really old and not well maintained.

Normal, Everyday Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is so quiet and the location can't be beat.
Cons:
Roaches. I didn't have any issues until AFTER they sent the exterminators.

Poorly kept building in a good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right next to the 86th street 1 train stop
Two blocks from Central Park
Lots of restaurants close by
Cons:
Poorly kept, no common area or rooftop
Almost nonexistent response from live-in super
Apartments have not been renovated
Advice to owner:
Change the super out, clean up the basement, and install new laundry units
