Pros:
No complaints, really. Nothing stupid happened. The roof is nice.
Cons:
I was a subletter here – there was steel wool in the gaps around the radiators when I moved in, and I totally heard mice/rats in the walls a few times, especially in the winter. I never saw them, though. Maybe I was wrong.
Advice to owner:
Make sure there's no mice?

Great building, beautiful location

Pros:
The super is incredibly nice and effective
Our apartment was very reasonably priced for its size
Dishwasher in our unit
Great location right near bars/restaurants but not too loud
Management willing to negotiate rent
Cons:
Multiple pest issues
No laundry in building
Super isn’t always so responsive
