A crumbling palace
Former Tenant
Pros:
The history of the building is cool, and that section of west end ave is really nice.
Cons:
Unresponsive management. Very poor finishings, everything sloppily done and with cheap materials. Always a gut renovation happening in one unit. The staircase is terrifying, it creaks and sags. The stench of cigarettes is impregnated in the carpet and seemed to rise up through the floorboards.
Also, the M86 bus stops right in front and it is really annoying.
Advice to owner:
Fix the structural issues in the building!

Advice to owner:
Invest in lighting and interior management and a safer buzzer system
