Can be improved
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen and porters are very helpful and friendly.
Cons:
I had water leak in the bathroom and it took over two years to be fixed. It has been fixed all right but I am still waiting for the water damaged closet to be fixed and the painter for ceiling/wall to be repainted. And also, I have reported rats problem in the apartment to the super a several month ago but to no avail.

200 West 90th Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Central Park and convenient location in the UWS Apartments are bigger than the usual for NYC.
Cons:
On site superintendent(Keith) is completely useless and unwilling to help with whatever issues a tenant may face unless the tenant is willing to pay him at least $100 tip for doing his job!!!. He is also very impolite and disrespectful with everyone.
Advice to owner:
The management should change all the personnel in the building and hire real professionals to take care of the property and the tenants who pay a lot of money to rent.
