Great experience here

Pros

I loved the area and how close it is to central park and subway! It was very clean and newly renovated and the super was very responsive and kind.

Cons

There was a minor roach issue. Nothing people experienced living in NY cannot handle.

Pros

Lovely and spacious prewar apartment. Closets galore. It is a walk up so anything after the third floor is a commitment, but the super is extremely responsive and the neighbors are great. Near the express 123, trader joe’s and great neighborhood restaurants

Cons

Floors are creaky so you can hear footsteps from above and noise definitely travels easily.
