Beautiful Amenities, Great Staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
The public areas and amenities are always well kept. This building has one of the best rooftop areas in the city, seriously. Nice sunset views and plenty of seating, well spread out for privacy. The building staff are responsive, helpful, and friendly. Overall, there is good communication about packages being delivered, water shut offs, etc.
Cons:
Hallways definitely need to renovated ASAP. Sometimes it takes more than one request to get a repair done, especially with heating/cooling. Usually the problem gets fixed in the end, though. There isn’t enough storage for incoming packages, and sometimes they’re all over the place such that desk attendants can’t find what they’re looking for.
Advice to owner:
Start hallway renovations soon. Improve package storage and organization. Make sure you’re paying your staff well — they are all worth it!

Stellar management is the worst. Especially Dominick.
