Building in trouble
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great
Cons:
No super and no maintenance person. No one is in charge. Owners are old sick and have left the building to rot.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super and a management company.

Absolute Worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors and great location convenient to park, restaurants and stores. Building staff is extremely limited but friendly and decent.
Cons:
Landlord is a criminal. Has a duct tape mentality to repair and the building is totally unsafe. He has countless violations. We had bed bugs infested from a neighbor downstairs and he never told us. Paul Bagoni and his wife are nasty and should not be managing any properties at all. The basement and laundry room are filthy. He is being sued by multiple tenants.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building and retire.
