A nice building with some quirks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall a positive experience. Spacious units (mine had laundry >>), neighbors weren't obnoxious, its in a great location and its pet friendly :)
Cons:
The lack of recycling is disappointing, and the worst part is the random people that hang out on the stoop.

Great location, old and falling apart building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is amazing. Nice supers/porters.
Cons:
Cockroaches. Management slow and sometimes unresponsive to issues in apartment. Repeated leaks in building walls.
Advice to owner:
Move swiftly to address resident issues.... modernize apartments....
