Perfect Location - Great Price - No Kitchen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean - never seen a single pest or insect indoors. Location - perfect; two blocks from both Central Park and riverside; one block from the 1, 2, 3. Quiet. Great neighbors.
Cons:
No kitchens. Wash my dishes in my bathroom sink. Landlord is extremely responsive, but the Super is not.
