Very clean, responsive management, quiet building. No issues yet!

It's an older building so it's a walk up and plumbing sometimes isn't the best but overall no complaints really

Great UWS Building & Management

Pros

Quiet tenants, very clean, super quick responsiveness to any apartment issues, feels very safe, newly renovated apartments.

Cons

The front door does slam quite loudly (my apartment was on first floor). But otherwise no issues!
