Vile landlord, building is fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, nice (but small) units
Cons:
Landlord is a jackass. Sends threatening emails, unwilling to cooperate or communicate, doesn't return full deposit for bogus claims.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a prick

Worst landlord ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is nice Quiet building Lots of outdoor space in the apartment
Cons:
Terrible insulation, it was freezing and humid in the winter and hot in the summer, had to use intense heat and a/c all the time because of this and ended up paying horrible bills for utilities.
Had water leaks with water dripping in the apartment and landlord would not acknowledge the problem, took very long to send someone
Dishonest owner who is incapable of communicating without being aggressive Sent people to do heavy construction with no heads up
