Quaint building, shady management

Pros:
WONDERFUL super named Emin. Kind neighbors. Quiet street. Great location on the UWS.
Cons:
Very shady management, complete lack of decorum and tact from management and leasing agents. Borderline scam artists.
Advice to owner:
Please train your management and leasing agents on decorum and tact when dealing with tenants.
