Building’s Great Bones, but they’ve got Osteoporosis
Brick facade under EXTREMELY LOUD repair, for almost a year. Unbearable to be inside during work hours. All units POORLY MAINTAINED. Doormen vary in quality, concern, and professionalism. Often times MIA. Kitchens, Bathrooms, building hallways and lobby seriously in need of maintenance.
Advice to owner:
You charge too much for living under theaw conditions. Your Absence is apparent. The Building has great bones, don’t let it go too far, or you’ll never be able to bring it back to snuff, commensurate to the rates you are asking. This is not the Hood for that kind of property management.
