Beautiful neighborhood, 24/7 reception/doorman, basement laundry, very close to the 1 train 86th street station, decent & reasonable rent.
Cons:
One tiny, slow, old, elevator for 16 floors, small rooms, gets noisy at times, lack of security cameras, noisy heaters, lack of fire alarms.

Meh- it’s not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredibly cheap Negotiated rent with me when I had issues and due to covid very kind but not very responsive to issues. Amazing location
Cons:
Bed bugs everywhere!! I got them 3 times living here despite precautions management did treat my place but I had to bother them all the time to do it. Very low quality staff you need to bother to do anything Washer dyers always break Shared bathrooms are really only cleaned every 2 weeks not every day like they’ll tell you when you move in Elevator is the slowest in the world and has a mind of its own.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your tenants and be more proactive about issues in the building.
