Never Rent from Beach Lane

Pros:
The “potential” of a really great apt. which ended the day I moved in 8 years ago.
Cons:
There is not one thing to like about this building.
Advice to owner:
Your tenants pay YOU, and thus you are THEIR employee. You might want to encourage your employees to stay, by responding to emails/doing any repairs to fix the building.
