Good summer housing for interns
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet building in the middle of a awesome neighborhood. Riverside park right across the street is awesome.
Cons:
A little pricey for what it is. Maintenance is very slow so if you need anything fixed you have to remind them several times.
Advice to owner:
Overall it's nice place that get the job done if you're here for the summer.

Great area! Awful apartment...
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's in upper Manhattan, quiet, theres water and a park nearby and its very calming. Stunning area and nice neighbors! Great for people who exercise. Ambient Starbucks nearby with lots of studying space. Good shops and transportation nearby. Not noisy at night especially for Manhattan.
Cons:
Theres so many mice and roaches. It's unbelievable. You can't keep any food thats not tightly sealed in a jar/container, and you risk bugs getting into your clothing. If you have a bag of chips the mice WILL come. Also they poop on everything. The carpeted floor doesnt help either. My toilet didnt flush right at all and clogged often. Cramped space.
Advice to owner:
No more carpeted floor. Hire a better exterminator.
