Amazing Building/Greedy Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Staff!!!! Jarvis & Juan
Cons:
Greedy landlords. No negotiations regardless of market price or pandemic, they will raise the rent to the full extent when your lease is up.
Advice to owner:
When you have good tenants (who always pay on time) and their lease is up during a pandemic, maybe extend their lease at the same price rather than raising the price. We would still be there is it wasn't for that. There is no negotiating with this rental company. Now, you have apartments sitting empty and rental prices in Manhattan have tanked. The doormen ad porters at this building make living there worth it. They are truly amazing!
