Lovely building great price for location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive super, nice staff, clean building, recently installed new elevators

Former Tenant
Pros:
i loved living here
Cons:
the studios are tiny

You can't do much better than this!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This was my first apartment building in NYC after I graduated from college, but it was head-and-shoulders above the other apartments my friends were living in at the time. The staff is incredibly kind, and it's also one of the most beautiful blocks on the UWS.
Cons:
Not much - the water temperature in the shower is a bit finicky, but that's it.

Nice building, would recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained, nice building staff, newly replaced elevators, good A/C, good heat, no pest problems, nice roof deck, quiet neighborhood.

Hot water is included, heat is not.
Cons:
Poor bathroom ventilation, bad water pressure, coin operated laundry, the big windows don't open easily

Very Nice Building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry, roof access, and responsive super.
Cons:
Heat isn't too good.

Great location, Good building, Needs improvement.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Kind doorman and reception.
Public rooftop access.
Great location.
Good mail/package system.
Very helpful on move-in.
Laundry in basement.
Cons:
Laundry requires coins.
Garbage builds in garbage chute.
Elevators are CRAZY slow. Cleaning staff hold them at inconvenient times so only one is functional.
Management only reachable via email and response time is not great.
Advice to owner:
More communicative and increased building management efficiency.

Great Building to Live In
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management responds to maintenance requests immediately. The building feels pretty safe with the doorman. There’s other great amenities, such as laundry in the building and a shared roof with great views. The location is ideal with nearby parks, restaurants, pharmacies, public transportation, etc.
Cons:
I haven’t had any major issues while living here. At times though some neighbors were really loud when they had company over so I could hear them in my apartment. This only happened a handful of times. Another con is how expensive the rent has resumed to be.

Didn't Regret It
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice views from rooftop, very clean, George (the super) was great, nice doormen, no issues with apartment.
Cons:
The area was kind of dead for young people. Not the warmest neighbors. Very tiny studio with little sunlight for but I guess it was affordable for the location and "luxury" of the building. Laundry room was eh
Advice to owner:
Honestly, it is what it is

Well-kept building w/ roof
Former Tenant
Pros:
- rooftop
- well-kept entrance & halls
- responsive super to maintenance issues
Cons:
- small living space + kitchen
- bathroom had mold
Advice to owner:
Would like to be able to ventilate the bathrooms better

Well-Managed Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pests, management was responsive and friendly
Cons:
A couple of times over the summer the water was turned off but that is fairly standard and we were given fair notice.

I would move back
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well-maintained and very clean building. Staff were all friendly and responsive. If I could afford to move back, I definitely would.
Cons:
One neighboring apartment was very loud. The rent increase back to pre-pandemic rates was absurd, especially given the size of the unit.

Pretty good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location, super responsive and kind management. Any issues addressed within the next day. The whole staff is great
Cons:
Raised my rent over $600 and I was forced to move.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be so greedy with rent lol

Great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management attends to any problems very quickly. Same or next day upon request.
Cons:
Rent too high.
Advice to owner:
Rent is too high for an extremely small one bedroom. We are moving to a 750 square foot, 2 bedroom for the same price. Need to be more considerate of pricing during COVID.
