Roaches & Mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
- lovely supers who work very hard
- well maintained fixtures and apartment features
-ac units included
Cons:
- roaches constantly, no matter how clean the apartment is or how often the exterminator comes
- mice get in through the kitchens easily (gaping holes in the wall)
- walls are thin, so if your neighbors have kids: you will hear it
Advice to owner:
They have got to do a whole building tent to exterminate the vermin. It's disgusting to live here
