Pros:
Nice block, quiet block, responsive super, laundry in building
Cons:
some tenants hang outside the building smoking, is an SRO, intercom is usually broken

Pros:
-Super is responsive and kind -Many units are recently renovated
Cons:
-Management is awful -Many tenants have issues with rodents and mice that aren’t addressed properly -In general the building is quite dirty - trash bins often open in the halls
Advice to owner:
Clean the building more regularly and take care of the vermin
