Avoid if possible. Not worth it.

Pros:
Good location. Kept clean.
Cons:
The elevator is ancient and surely about to kill someone. New management is difficult to deal with at best, and downright infuriating the rest of the time.

The management company is fine and pretty responsive. I LOVE the light and all the windows. I like the package room as well. Love that there’s laundry. Super is really nice.
Cons:
We had a lot of mice come in during our last few months — we caught a new one every few days, it was insane.

The building is convenient to the 1/2/3 trains and several bus lines. The internal neighbors are nice. The building is overall well maintained.
