Several issues with tenants and cleanliness

Pros:
Nice superintendent and great location close to Riverside park and the 96th street 1 2 3 subway station.
Cons:
Serious problems with tenants with behavior issues. A tenant on the 6th floor let’s her dogs poop and pee in the building hallways! Issues with mice and roaches too..

Pros:
The super of this building is the most incredible man you will ever meet
Cons:
Since covid, management has been less responsive and more issues- laundry in building breaks and we had a mouse issue
