Pretty Solid

Pros:
The doormen that are good are AMAZING, maintenance requests that can be handled by the building are timely
Cons:
The doormen vary in personality/work ethic. Certain ones do the absolute bare minimum and stuff like ordering food can be frustrating. No buzzer, so if the doormen dont alert you you wont get it.
Advice to owner:
Maintain roof please!

- Nice rooftop with lounge chairs and tables
- Friendly doormen
- Very responsive to maintenance/repair requests
