Okay…could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance guy is great and always available. I NEVER hear my neighbors. Very quiet
Cons:
If you live facing the street it’s super loud. Worst thing is if you take a shower around 6-8pm there’s like no hot water.
Advice to owner:
Fix the water and clean the elevators they stink

It's a good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean, super is very responsive and kind, and location is amazing! You can go to 4567 subway station and the Grand Central Station in few minutes. Laundry and gym in the same building.
Cons:
Pest control could be better.

Overally satisfied, great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great - 3 mins from the grand central
The lobby is nice, package room is well maintained, the building is clean overall and has an elevator, the super is responsive and helpful, hallways are relatively wide and bright, and there is a NYSC in the same building, though you have to pay separately.
Cons:
Pest control could be better

Stay away - cockroaches - too expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only the location
Cons:
cockroaches
dirty laundry room
Heating is to hi during the night, low during the day
Water pressure not ideal
Too expensive
Advice to owner:
Change the people responsible for residential relations. They copy paste the same email to every response. They don’t even pretend to care.
