Pros:
High ceilings, they don’t blast the heat in the winter
Cons:
The rent jumps up by hundreds every year, the pipes vibrate

The units facing Lexington Avenue are very loud

Water pressure in sinks/showers are not great. Other than that, really good building

The building is very well kept and the doormen, handymen and super are all great!

The management company raises the rent by a significant amount year of year without any improvements to apartment or building

Stop charging illegal "good will" deposits on rental applications.

Pros:
Staff here is great, great structure so you can’t hear neighbors even if loud, reliable door men. Would recommend the building for sure.
Cons:
The management company who owns the property -- Saul Goodman or something like that has workers who have a stick up their ass. Not easy to deal with even if just a general question.

Pros:
The doorman are very nice, know tenants by name. Laundry area is always clean, garbage is regularly taken out, packages delivered to doors.
Cons:
Maintenance responsiveness is unpredictable. Sometimes issues are fixed immediately, others require multiple follow ups

Pros:
Awesome Staff, Really good about garbage. Internet Speeds were good. Temp control is decent, never really had to use the radiator much even during the winter.
Cons:
Location isn't the best. Midtown is midtown. Laundry is a bit expensive in building
Advice to owner:
not too much in the way of issues.
