Not worth the money
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in a quiet area in Midtown which is rare, even with a bar below it is still OK with noise. downstairs is an amazing Japanese store. You’re right next to Grand Central if you want to take the train what quite easily, there are many restaurants nearby.
Cons:
The ovens don’t work, the electric bill is high - don’t turn on the heater because it’ll send your bill through the roof. Hardly any natural light for half the building, because of the way it’s set up. The floors are slanted. The lights didn’t work for the majority of the time I was there.
