Roaches in Unit and Unresponsive Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very centrally located.
Cons:
Doormen were useless.
I had roaches in my apartment, and the superintendent refused to do anything to solve the issue.
Building was dirty and not maintained at all.
The unit I lived in is currently being billed as 300 sq ft, but it's actually 110 sq. ft.
No oven
No freezer (it's called a "chiller," and is the top door of the mini-fridge, but does not get cold enough to keep things frozen).
Advice to owner:
Tear down the building and start over, or find someone who's willing to put in the work to make this place liveable.
