I liked the place for the most part but...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unique layout The super was cool when i was there Location great garbage chutes in the hallway kept it relatively clean on the individual floors
Cons:
Every now and then, we'd have our packages stolen most neighbors were nice but some would leave trash in common areas
Advice to owner:
Don't kick out tenants that are willing to pay rent if you ask them (new management company came in and asked many of the current tenants to leave)

50/50 ehhhhhhhhhh
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are friendly (some) , people mostly keep to themselves. They renovated the building which was nice.
Cons:
We had a package stealing problem, the cameras DONT work , and the heat in the building is barely responsive. And a robbery in the building.
Advice to owner:
Fix the cameras outside and inside. Or at this point get some type of doorman. fix you heat/ac through out the building.
