Wouldn't recommend living here unless balling on a budget
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super was very helpful and responsive. The apartment complex itself was also very centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere in the city.
Cons:
The apartment from the day we moved in was dirty. Floors were disgusting, I was scared to look under the claw foot tub in the bathroom and the bathroom itself looked like borderline a crime scene. We also never found droppings/saw a mouse but would notice things like chewed garbage bags etc. so there was definitely a problem with mice which we could see when we'd go to take the garbage out downstairs. That said - the apartment is really and reasonably priced for new york, so if you are looking for a decent place to live it wouldn't be terrible.
