Incredibly nice doormen, responsive management, very limited noise level given location

Cons

Frequent water issues (usually planned in advance with notice, but water will be down for the whole day). Happens 1-2x a month.

The doorman have been here for over 20 years and are the sweetest most helpful people. Good laundry room (never too busy) Hallways have recently been renovated
