Friendly Doormen, Difficult landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely views, centrally located. clean, and floors were new. Doormen were very friendly.
Cons:
We had to bug the owner to replace an AC unit and dishwasher that were there from the 80s from when the building was first built.

Avoid Apt 23D
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good building management.
Cons:
Horrifying landlord who never paid to fix anything. After we renovated a bunch of things she raised $500/month only 9 months after we moved in. She pulls that every year. She harasses tenants with emails, text and calls. Her contract has some unique and unreasonable fines which she doesn’t show you until the day of signing. One page in a 70 page contract. Nightmare, caused depression.
