Would recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is well kept and the staff is wonderful, friendly, and attentive. There is an app for the building which is helpful and you can post to a bulletin board to other residents. There’s also grocery delivery service that’s free.
Cons:
One elevator was out of service for like 5/6 months which was super inconvenient.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up

Love it here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Awesome staff, clean, laundry room is large and works, big spacious apartments with great appliances!
Cons:
Midtown not an ideal location but so close to the subway it barely matters. Also Elevator issues… 30 story building and both elevators were down the 3 days I needed to move in before starting my job.. not ideal and happened several times more over the two years I lived there.

Beautiful building & great experience living there
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything! Great staff, beautiful rooms, very convenient and upscale location. Location was extremely safe back when I lived there I can’t speak for what is going on now with the nearby homeless shelters and released prisoners. Great sunlight and the building is smoke-free!
Cons:
No roofdeck. Other than that, it was perfect!
Advice to owner:
Add a roofdeck!

Nice doormen and neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are wonderful and very helpful. I like my neighbors and generally the building is clean
Cons:
The rent portal is awful and hard to use. Definitely slightly overpriced for how old the building is. Ac units are OLD.
