It was great for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great for what you pay. They don’t raise the rent and the electricity bill was included. The London word answers right away same as a super.
Cons:
The building is literal Inclined like the pizza tower. There is a difference in level of 4in from one side of the apartment to the other. Also, bedrooms have carpet that seemed quite old. And the price is cheap, in the end you’re sharing the apartment
Advice to owner:
Take the carpet off, Paint apartments white, Add some cabinets in the kitchen for storage
