Great building! Lovely management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was incredibly kind and gracious and fixed issues quickly.
Cons:
Half of the building is north facing and surrounded by other buildings, so it gets less light.
Advice to owner:
None!

Overall a nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well maintained with nice amenities. All staff are friendly and responsive. We rarely hear much noise from neighbors.
Cons:
Neighborhood is often a bit noisy — we’ll hear yelling and traffic noise every day. But it’s midtown, so you get used to it.

Pros:
Genuinely nice staff and extremely fast response time to requests
Cons:
Almost nothing related to the management, but windows are not sound proof and so it can be noisy even on highest floors
