Former tenant·1 month ago

great place to live in the middle of manhattan

Pros

clean lobby and elevator, feels like an oasis in a busy part of town

Cons

noise can still creep in even when you're facing the courtyard, can hear upstair neighbors when they work out, lack of sunlight when facing the back, no online management system with the super, see roaches from time to time

4 year resident

Pros

Convenient location. Fair priced rent.

Cons

The super wasnt friendly. Extremely dated building. Had bugs from time to time.

Advice to the owners

Modernize hallways and entryway. Provide more washers and dryers in the basement. Provide an online portal to submit maintenance requests, etc. for more organized communication.
