Pros:
Rent is nice for the space you get, have not had any issues with pests, the garbage is taken out often
Cons:
Packages get stolen, the heat is way too hot, maintenance requests don’t get answered very quickly

Really close to the subway and on a quiet street! Really enjoyed living there!!
Cons:
Apt wasn’t as updated as I would like and the owner was not friendly.
Advice to owner:
Promote the super Manuel!!!

Nice neighbors and building workers, regular cleaning, no bugs (I was on the 4th floor), the apartment was really nice and recently renovated, AMAZING location
Cons:
Could get loud from the hallways (a lot of echoing)

Lived here for two years - our 3 bedroom unit is very quaint yet spacious and we love our windows and the lighting

Not amazing but not terrible

Pros:
Wide staircases for two people to go up and down and to carry my bike up. Manuel, the Super, has his ways of fixing things but he does his best.
Cons:
Plumbing was our biggest issue but Manuel said it was just unit 35 that had issues. Never asked other tenants. Easily clogged toilets, low water pressure, dripping faucets, kitchen sink would clog as well.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the package situation because we had issues with stolen packages.
