Studio Apartment Bliss
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building, elevator, electric stove so didn’t pay for gas, large windows, wood floors, next to a children’s school so quiet on the weekends. Right next to a public space with waterfall
Cons:
small refrigerator, paid rent by check at the time
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing. Amazing!

Pretty good place. No real complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty clean, no pests, street isn't too loud at night, neighbors are quiet, super is responsive
Cons:
Not many things. Shower water can take a while to heat up sometimes. The floorboards can also be a bit creaky but nothing too bad. Rent is only accepted through checks, so you have to mail those out each month (though they drop off an envelope that's pre-addressed each month so it saves you most of the work)
Advice to owner:
Not much advice to give.

Good building, bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent location, fair rent
Cons:
Management are slow to react to requests and don’t care too much.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be shady and give people back their deposits
