Could be much better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location: decent restaurants, very close to subway, relatively safe
Cons:
Noisy corporate tenants on ground level, superintendent is good but owners are terrible, halfway house on block, laundry facilities are below par, trash area is disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Energy efficiency, kick out insomnia cookies, clean the space between the apartments, clean the stoops.

Great Units, Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are large, painted bright white, nice hardwood floors. Semi-updated bathrooms. Multiple windows allowing for a lot of natural light. Street is full of restaurants, safe to live on.
Cons:
Management is horrendous.
Mice constantly in 5th floor walk up. Super avoided solving the mice problem, I decided to call an exterminator, and management wouldn’t pay for it. Turned against me and said I violated my lease. Ignored my phone calls and emails. Same thing happened again when I needed my locks changed/fixed. Called a locksmith and they refused reimbursement. Again calls and emails were ignored. Ended up filing with the small claims court since they were unwilling to settle things.
Super is hit or miss with solving problems in a timely manner. Was able to get a new stove quickly after my original one stopped working. However it took over 6 months to get a simple door sweep installed (which wasn’t there upon move in, and attributed to the mice issue).
Advice to owner:
Hire better management, overall, do better.
